Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with aluminum foil, then spray it lightly with a nonstick cooking spray inside.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, crush up your chocolate sandwich cookies. You can do this by placing them in a Ziploc bag and smashing them with either the end of a rolling pin or something similar. The finer they are crushed, the better your crust will be!

Step 3: Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in another bowl, then mix it into the crushed cookies until well combined.

Step 4: Pour this mixture into your prepared pan and press down firmly, then place it into your freezer for 15 minutes to it set up while you work on the next step.

Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ cup butter (1 stick), softened to room temperature¾ cup white sugar1 egg3 tablespoons milk1 tablespoon vanilla extract For the caramel – 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and still hot½ cup packed light brown sugar½ cup heavy cream

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9- or 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray (or butter if you don’t use cooking spray).

Step 2: Mix together all of the ingredients for the cake batter.

Step 4: Drizzle half of the caramel in an even layer over the bottom of the prepared pan, taking care to spread it out so that it covers almost all of the bottom surface area (it’ll be thin).
