If you’re looking to cook a delicious caramel and apple cake, we have some great recipes for you to select from. Below we list the five best and popular recipes that will help you to cook a perfect caramel and apple cake:

1) Caramel Apple Upside Down Cake:

This recipe is quite easy as it requires only a few ingredients such as butter, brown sugar, apples etc.

• 1 stick butter (room temperature)• 1 cup light brown sugar (packed down)• 4 large fresh apples (peeled cored and sliced thin)• 1 box yellow or vanilla cake mix (if desired)

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and use the butter to grease a Bundt pan. Melt the brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons water until it turns into a caramel syrup.

Step 2: Pour ¼ of your melted caramel mixture in the bottom of your greased Bundt pan. Place all the apple slices in a circular pattern on top of this caramel layer.

Step 3: Prepare cake mix according to directions listed on the box for basic cake mix preparation, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon before pouring batter into Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or when a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.

2) Caramel Apple Bundt Cake:

This recipe requires some additional ingredients such as apple pie spice, walnuts, and caramel.

• 2 cups all-purpose flour• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon• ½ cup sugar• ¾ cup butter (1 ½ stick), softened to room temperature½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

Step 2: Beat together butter, sugar, salt, apple pie spice (if desired can omit), eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until light. Add flour, baking soda and mix well. Fold in chopped apples and chocolate chips/mini marshmallows (optional)

Step 3: Pour batter into prepared pan; bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Drizzle caramel over the cake before serving (optional).

3) Caramel Apple Cheesecake:

This is a simple recipe with very few ingredients such as sugar, cream cheese, yellow cake mix, etc.

For the filling- 4 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)¼ cup white sugar1 egg yolk ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract For the crust – 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos work fine too!)4 tablespoons butter

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with aluminum foil, then spray it lightly with a nonstick cooking spray inside.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, crush up your chocolate sandwich cookies. You can do this by placing them in a Ziploc bag and smashing them with either the end of a rolling pin or something similar. The finer they are crushed, the better your crust will be!

Step 3: Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in another bowl, then mix it into the crushed cookies until well combined.

Step 4: Pour this mixture into your prepared pan and press down firmly, then place it into your freezer for 15 minutes to it set up while you work on the next step.

Step 5: Beat together your cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour this mixture over your prepared crust.

Step 6: Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F before lowering the temperature to 350 degrees F. Continue baking for an additional 40-50 minutes or until the center of it is almost set. Chill overnight in the refrigerator before serving.

4) Caramel Apple Coffee Cake:

This is also a very easy recipe as it requires few ingredients such as flour, apple pie spice, baking soda etc.

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ cup butter (1 stick), softened to room temperature¾ cup white sugar1 egg3 tablespoons milk1 tablespoon vanilla extract For the caramel – 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and still hot½ cup packed light brown sugar½ cup heavy cream

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9- or 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray (or butter if you don’t use cooking spray).

Step 2: Mix together all of the ingredients for the cake batter.

Step 3: Mix together all of the ingredients for the filling.

Step 4: Drizzle half of the caramel in an even layer over the bottom of the prepared pan, taking care to spread it out so that it covers almost all of the bottom surface area (it’ll be thin). Sprinkle half of the apple pie spice blend evenly over the caramel, again taking care to distribute it as much as possible.

Step 5: Pour half or two-thirds of the batter carefully over top. It will seem like there isn’t enough batter but if you try to put too much in at once, parts will start falling off because you haven’t given it room to expand down into while baking. So this is why you need to pour only half or two-thirds at once.

Step 6: Drop teaspoons of the filling mixture sparsely on top (dollops will begin to sink in, but don’t worry). Then use a butter knife to make vertical swirls/lines through it all.

Step 7: Pour remaining batter over top, trying again not to put too much in at once for fear of leaving parts without enough batter (it doesn’t rise that much while baking). Make more swirls with the butter knife and sprinkle another tablespoon of the spice blend over the top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until cake tests are done when stuck into the center with a toothpick; don’t overbake!

5) Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars:

This is again a simple recipe with very few ingredients such as graham crackers, apples and nuts. Ingredients: 2 cups fine graham crackers crumbs (about 18 whole rectangles) 8 tablespoons butter, melted½ cup granulated white sugar2 cups finely chopped peeled tart apples (about 2 medium)1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/8 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon all-purpose flour4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature1 large egg yolk 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together until combined. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes then remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.

Step 3: In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Step 4: Stir flour and cinnamon into the apples then carefully fold into butter mixture. Spread over cooled crust. Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the center is just set and the toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars (approx 30 squares).
